Yes, the customer service on this site was excellent and kept me informed throughout the ordering process. I was kept informed of the entire process from the order to the production status of the doll to the shipping status and the journey from abroad to my doorstep. The dolls I received were exactly as pictured. Considering they have a large collection of dolls and offer great discounts, I would say they are by far the best companion doll supplier I have used.
